When we were selling our house, several things occurred that could have delayed the transaction or even caused it to fall out, but Wendy was on top of the problems, knew how to get them handled, got the correct vendors lined up, made sure there were no delays in fixing the issues and it all worked out.
All along she was monitoring the progress of the other party to make sure that they had completed their milestones so that there were no surprises.
